18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all boys located within this site were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All boys proof of age is held by the custodian of records, which is listed below organized by producer. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

OF COURSE all my boys were 18 or over at the time of shootings, and OF COURSE I keep the proofs (not only the ID of the boys, but also proofs about the time of the shootings (with photos of newspapers)). Nobody wants to go to jail, minors have nothing to do with sex sites, and of course it is not possible to make hidden things when you show it to all the worldwide web (where all is traceable...). These proofs include video recordings of the ID documents as well as pics. If any authorized officials want to verify this, they just have to email me, or to use the regular "Custodian of Records" process.
(Now the proofs are available online, of course only for persons entitled to do a control, and with password protection)

Attention to COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT of billings, hosts, etc :
The laws are saying that if a boy "looks" under 18, I just have
to PROVE he is 18, and I CAN do this. So instead of "feeling" he
is under 18, why not applying the laws ? I believe they are intended
to prevent individual or companies from "making the law" by themselves,
and to allow honest people to work and live.
